Nuat Phen Boran, also known as „Thai Yoga“ is a traditional technique originally taught by a teacher – apprentice method in Thai buddhist schools. It soon gained popularity and spread amongst common people becomming a recognized way of maintaining good health.

This technique consists of gentle pressing, stretching and manipulating the body to bring relief from pains and aches, constricted muscles and various blocks in body movements. It is based on accupressure and its aim is to restore your body’s natural energy flow which promotes physical, as well as mental health. This technique uses no oil and is performed through a special set of clothes which are provided.
